What is a good example of city branding? They don't come much better than Milton Glazer's I Heart NY.
Why is it so good? It's simple, it's got bags of emotion, and it's not 'literal'. The literal version would be the iconic skyline, or even just the Empire State Building. The beauty of this logo is that it can touch everybody.
